BT Scam	There is another case of a BT scam, where an email is going around claiming to be from BT saying a payment has not being processed properly, and so asking you to goto a site or contact a (fake) number to resolve the issue. This is all a fake, trying to steal detials or money!. More to the point all of our phone services now go through a company called Opal. Please ignore any email like this!. If in doubt, Ask!
New Database	I have started putting customer's detials on the database as opposed to just the employees and sub contractors. Please ensure you keep the records updated!
